WITNESS APPEAL: DID YOU WORK FOR TERSONS LIMITED OR J S CURTIS & SONS IN LONDON?
DID YOU KNOW MALCOLM LENIHAN?
Our specialist asbestos claims team has been instructed by Malcolm Lenihan, who has sadly been diagnosed with mesothelioma, an asbestos related cancer.
We are investigating how Malcolm Lenihan may have come into contact with asbestos and are interested in speaking with anyone who worked for Tersons Limited in London in the 1960s, at the same time as Mr Lenihan, or anyone who worked on the same contracts as Mr Lenihan. Mr Lenihan worked three large contracts for the company: a new housing estate near Lee High Road in Lewisham; the refurbishment of Debenhams in Croydon and Pepys Estate in Deptford.
We are also interested in speaking to anyone who worked for J S Curtis & Sons Limited in London between 1968 and 1971, or on contracts with Mr Lenihan during this time. Mr Lenihan worked on the refurbishment of various pubs in London, particularly in Stepney, Hackney, Shoreditch and Rotherhithe.
We therefore appealing to anyone who worked for Tersons Limited, J S Curtis & Sons Limited, or on the same contracts as Mr Lenihan during this time, to come forward and tell us what they remember about the work they did at these companies and/or the work carried out more generally.
