Witness appeal: did you go to or work at Huyton Modern/Roby Comprehensive or St Dominic’s School in Huyton, Merseyside in the 70s or 80s?

We are looking to speak to anyone who went to, or worked at, the school between 1974-1986.

Our specialist asbestos claims team has been instructed by the family of the late Mary Litherland who sadly developed, and died from, mesothelioma.

We are investigating how Mary may have come into contact with asbestos during her working life and are interested in speaking with anyone who went to or worked at Huyton Modern/Roby Comprehensive School in Huyton, where Mary started work as a dinner lady and then became the school's welfare officer.

Mary’s family are therefore appealing to anyone who went to, or worked at, the school at the time to come forward to tell us what they remember.
