WITNESS APPEAL: DID YOU WORK AT DIDCOT DISTRIBUTION CENTRE IN 1980 – 1985?
DID YOU WORK WITH PETER HARRISON?
Our specialist asbestos claims team has been instructed by the family of the late Peter Harrison who sadly died from mesothelioma, an asbestos related cancer.
Peter Harrison worked at Didcot Distribution Centre in the 1980s and 90s. The premises were at 200 Milton Park, Abingdon. It was formerly known as ‘S Shed’ and owned by the CEGB as part of the Didcot Power Station site.
We are investigating whether Peter may have come into contact with asbestos during his employment and are interested in speaking to anyone who may have worked with Peter, or at Didcot Distribution Centre.
Peter recalled works being undertaken at Didcot Distribution Centre between approximately 1980 and 1985, which potentially disturbed asbestos.
Peter’s family are appealing to anyone who may have worked at the company at the relevant time, worked with Peter or who can remember building works being undertaken to the premises, to come forward and tell us what they remember. We are also specifically trying to track down Peter’s secretary from the time who we only know as ‘Elaine’.
