Join our HR Hub: Bullying and Harassment in the Workplace

Royds Withy King’s Employment & HR team and The Maine Group are delighted to present our next HR Hub, which will take place at Royds Withy King’s London office.

Our Hubs are a joint initiative for senior HR professionals to discuss current employment law issues. The Hubs are an excellent opportunity to share experiences, best practice and innovative thinking.

Bullying and Harassment in the Workplace

In this HR Hub, we will look at practical guidance on preventing bullying and harassment in the workplace. Issues we will discuss include:-

  • Overview of harassment and sexual harassment law
  • How to prevent harassment in your workplace
  • Who is financially liable for workplace harassment
  • Danger areas and how to manage the risk
  • Roundtable discussion
  • Tips for organisations

This is intended to be an interactive session in which you are welcome to discuss and share your experiences with fellow HR professionals in a safe and confidential environment (‘Chatham House’ rules apply).
