World Pay – Payment Portal

This page allows RWK Goodman clients to make payments for legal services you have received. For your security, we use a third party processor, Worldpay, a leading provider of card payment processing.

The online payment system is exclusively for payment of our invoices. Any other payments (for example deposit payments, completion monies or payments in respect of stamp duty) cannot be made using the online payment system. Please contact the fee earner dealing with your matter for assistance with making these types of payments.

Online payments can only be made in GBP (£). There is a maximum limit of £20,000 (including VAT) per payment.

We reserve the right to refuse and refund any payment made which is not in accordance with these terms. It may take up to 10 working days for such a refund to be processed to the card used to make the payment and we are not liable for any delays or costs you incur as a result.

Online payments will take at least 3 working days to reach our account. If you need to ensure a payment reaches us sooner than this, please use an alternative method of payment.

When using our online payment system, you will be directed to Worldpay who will process your payment card details and take payment. Payment card details are handled exclusively by Worldpay and are not provided to, or stored by, RWK Goodman. RWK Goodman will receive limited personal information from Worldpay for reference purposes, and this information will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

Insurance is provided by a third party insurer via a broker. Policy cover is subject to policy terms and conditions on application. We are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. However, we are included on the register maintained by the Financial Conduct Authority so that we can carry on insurance distribution activity, which is broadly the advising on, selling and administration of insurance contracts. This part of our business, including arrangements for complaints or redress if something goes wrong, is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
