Lawyers from our corporate, employment and commercial property teams advised the shareholders of Wiltshire-based ALH Systems on its sale to Swedish industrial giant, Indutrade.

The team from our Swindon office advised the directors at ALH Systems based at Northacre Industrial Estate in Westbury on the sale, which was completed recently for an undisclosed sum.

The deal was led by partner and head of the corporate law team, Richard Baxter, and corporate lawyer, Rishi Ladwa.

“We were able to bring together advisers from our corporate, employment and property teams to advise on different aspects of the transaction, which meant the process was handled quickly and efficiently,” said Rishi Ladwa. “We are extremely pleased to have helped our clients to achieve such a positive outcome for the business as well as its staff and clients, and we wish the company every success in the future.”

ALH Systems, which has a turnover of £6m and employs 37 staff in Westbury, supplies formulated polyurethane and epoxy encapsulants, adhesives, sealants and potting compounds to the gas industry as well as the construction and electronics sectors.

The company has been acquired by Indutrade Group which is headquartered in Sweden and listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. It owns approximately 180 companies worldwide.
