SSAS based funding gives business improved cash flow

SSAS based funding allowed an expanding design business, Point 6 Design Limited, to become a landlord, rather than a tenant. This gave them greater control over their own destiny and improved cash flow.

The transaction involved the transfer of two properties in North West London into a property partnership owned by the company directors and their SSAS with one unit being let on an investment basis to a third party and the other unit being let to Point 6 Design Ltd. Funded by The Co-operative Bank.
