SSAS based funding gives business improved cash flow

Posted by ,

SSAS based funding allowed an expanding design business, Point 6 Design Limited, to become a landlord, rather than a tenant. This gave them greater control over their own destiny and improved cash flow.

The transaction involved the transfer of two properties in North West London into a property partnership owned by the company directors and their SSAS with one unit being let on an investment basis to a third party and the other unit being let to Point 6 Design Ltd. Funded by The Co-operative Bank.

Jennifer Bradley, Financial Director, and David Tulett, Managing Director, Point 6 Design Limited, said: “This complicated property restructure was handled with great efficiency by Paul Daniels at Royds Withy King. Always on hand when needed, Paul and his team responded to requests speedily and always with a helpful and friendly manner. We would not hesitate to use Royds Withy King’s services in future and, indeed, would now consider the firm our first port of call for any future legal work.”
