Our costs for application for indefinite leave to remain or application for naturalisation

When applying for an indefinite leave to remain, or carrying out an application for naturalisation there there could be many elements of the process that you are unsure about. But we do not believe that clarity over your your legal fees should be one of them.

To help you through what can be an uncertain time, we have outlined the likely costs. We will provide advice and support to enable you to confidently complete your application for indefinite leave to remain or for naturalisation/British Citizenship, and at the end of the process charge you an agreed fee for our work.

How much does it cost?

The fee range for assisting you to apply for indefinite leave to remain in the UK is from around £1,500 +VAT to £2,000 +VAT. The exact fee will depend on:

  • your circumstances  and whether you have sufficient and lawful residence in the UK to meet the immigration rules
  • whether you have criminal convictions, and if so,  how serious they are
  • the amount of supporting evidence that we need to consider
  • which language(s) you speak
  • whether you are applying with your spouse and or children. There will be a separate charge for your dependants.

What can I do to keep my costs down?

If you are able to provide clear instructions and sufficient evidence at our first meeting to  meet the applicable immigration rules, the cost is likely to be at the lower end of this range.
