  • Advised the issuer on a second round fundraising involving a private offer of securities (January 2010)
  • Acted on the purchase from an administrator of a business manufacturing components for the automotive and power semi-conductor industries (April 2009)
  • Acted for State Bank of India on a US$100 million development facility (April 2009)
  • Advised on the rationalisation and reorganisation by way of a section 110 demerger of the structure of a diverse family investment group with interests in care homes, commercial property and medical instruments (February 2009)
  • Acted for two financial intermediaries on public takeovers of AIM-listed targets, including by way of scheme of arrangement (2008)
  • Acted on the £21 million disposal of a family-held property investment company with holdings of commercial and residential properties in the Greater London area (December 2007)
  • Advised a Swedish-headquartered automotive equipment manufacturer on its acquisition of a UK-based designer and manufacturer of paint-drying and curing systems (2006)
  • Advised a consortium of Middle Eastern investors on the £15 million sale of their UK property investment group to an offshore buyer
  • Acted for a Swedish listed client on a series of UK acquisitions, including on the UK and Chinese aspects of its purchase of a UK manufacturing company with a subsidiary and factory premises in the People’s Republic of China
