Aside from building relationships with our clients, central to our everyday working lives is also our relationship with our communities.
Rewards do not just come in the form of financial ones; making and seeing a difference is very fulfilling for everyone at Royds Withy King, and we always look to find new ways we can contribute and give back.
Our commitment to charities
We’ve devised a charities strategy to provide those in need of help in our local communities, and since 2010 we have donated over £100,000 to our chosen charities. Our staff are given 2 days off to support a charitable working initiative of their choice doing something that allows them to give back to the communities they work in. That’s something we are proud of across our entire network of offices.

We are also constantly monitoring our working practices to reduce waste and minimise our carbon footprint on the environment.
And we’re firmly committed to providing a working environment that embraces equal opportunities and diversity across the firm.
Our commitment to ED&I
Royds Withy King is strongly committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusivity (ED&I) in our business. Bharat Nahar has been appointed as board member to lead this agenda and last year continued the work of our ED&I steering group as part of our drive to improve equality. We now have a committee of colleagues from across the firm with a shared passion for shaping our ED&I journey.
