RWK Goodman advises on sale of Camps Highways and Camps Environmental Services

Camps Highways and CES have become part of the Chevron Group, which provides traffic management, digital services and soft estate maintenance services to a range of sectors including high speed, local authorities, rail, utilities and events.

Our advisory team was led by Corporate Partner James Worrall and included Nicola Anderson (Corporate), Tim Gofton (Employment) and Krysha Hunt (Real Estate). The team at Watersheds, led by Daniel Wright, acted as corporate finance advisors to the sellers.

Headquartered in Powys, Camps Highways and CES Ltd employ 38 people and have depots in Hampshire, Cambridgeshire and the West Midlands.
