Royds Withy King completes sale of historic Bristol hotel
Lawyers from Royds Withy King’s Leisure and Hospitality team acted for the sellers of the historically-significant Henbury Lodge Hotel in Bristol.

Lawyers from Royds Withy King’s Leisure and Hospitality team acted for the sellers of Henbury Lodge Hotel in Bristol in a deal which was completed on Friday 9 December for an undisclosed sum.
Royds Withy King’s clients have sold the 20-bedroom hotel which occupies an historically-significant Grade II listed building in Henbury, Bristol dating back to the 1600s, to a local buyer. The new buyer has retained the Henbury Lodge management team and staff of 16 people.
