Property law specialist joins Royds Withy King
The Marlborough office of UK Top 100 law firm Royds Withy King has boosted its residential property team with the appointment of Lisa-Marie Keefe.

Our Marlborough office has boosted its Residential Property, Farms & Estates team with the appointment of Lisa-Marie Keefe.
Lisa joins the firm from Charles Lucas & Marshall solicitors based in Newbury, where she worked for the last seven years.
Commenting on her appointment, Lisa said: “I am excited to have joined an innovative and progressive firm and look forward to using my knowledge and experience to assist clients with the conveyancing process. Buying and selling properties can be a challenging experience but I aim to make it as stress-free as possible by providing practical and timely advice and good communication throughout the process.”
She added: “I have considerable experience in all types of conveyancing work, as well as dealing with private client issues, so I can provide added value to clients who may need additional support, for example with drawing up a ‘declaration of trust’ for unmarried couples or assisting those who find themselves having to deal with the sale of a deceased person’s estate.”
Robert Collins, partner and head of the Residential Property, Farms & Estates team in Marlborough, said: “We are delighted to welcome Lisa to our growing team. Wiltshire’s market towns, picturesque villages and beautiful countryside continue to act as a magnet for local people looking to relocate within the county as well as the many professional people, families and investors wanting to acquire property here. Lisa’s experience will add further breadth and depth to our team while her excellent knowledge of Hungerford, Newbury and surrounding villages will help us extend our reach geographically and deliver a first rate service to people looking for property within the area.”
