Zainab is head of the Residential Property team in London and specialises in all aspect of residential property transactions.

I encountered lots of issues in my attempts to buy a first home, but was extremely fortunate to have Zainab Dakhil on my side. About Zainab

Zainab and her team specialise in acting for High Net Worth individuals and corporate bodies in residential property transactions, predominantly in the Prime Central London area. She has also built up a strong reputation in affordable housing and government funded schemes, meaning that she is often instruction to provide specialist advice to private individuals in the UK.

Every transaction is different in some way and I have (over many years) had the pleasure of acting for first time buyers, experienced buyers and sellers, established investors, start up investors and companies. My aim is always to provide a professional, efficient and practical service to all clients during what can sometimes be a stressful or prolonged transaction.
