Tim is a member of the Property Litigation Association.

My work as a Dispute Resolution lawyer is varied and interesting. Each client is different, and no two disputes are the same. My job is to help clients achieve the best possible outcome, in the most cost effective way. Increasingly, this means making use of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and mediation in particular.
