"A tenacious lawyer, with sharp teeth."

J P (client)

“Happiest when unravelling a technically difficult and complex dispute, Sean enjoys simplifying the complicated and is known for quickly cutting to the heart of an issue. With a straight-talking confident style, he is tenacious in pursuit or defence.”

Corporate Livewire magazine

“We are very thankful that we retained Sean Randall-Morris to fight our cause. We were owed a significant sum in Final Accounts from a Main Contractor with no prospect of payment. Sean is an expert in his field and a true professional. His in-depth knowledge of his subject, and diligent research, enables him to counter any argument quickly and effectively. Sean gave all the attention and time needed, working tirelessly, to achieve the result we wanted. He was always contactable and has a very approachable and understanding manner, which immediately puts you at ease. His confident and calming influence was very much appreciated as he guided us through the whole adjudication process. We cannot thank Sean enough for his help and guidance. We would always retain and recommend him in the future.”

About Sean

Sean joined our Dispute Resolution team in autumn 2021. Sean is an Advocate and an Arbitrator and has won several awards for his work both in the UK and overseas.

Sean trained as a lawyer in both England and Scotland and received his LLM in Advocacy with Distinction from University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. As Approved Faculty for the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Sean teaches dispute resolution to other lawyers on behalf of the institute.

In 2017 Sean was awarded Advocate of the Year in the Corporate Livewire Legal awards.

“For me the move from surveying to law was a natural progression. After I started working as an expert witness, I decided to learn more about dispute resolution and eventually qualified as an Arbitrator in 2009. My construction background has really helped me support clients. I understand construction, building techniques and methods and that can save a lot of time.
I am very lucky because I genuinely love what I do “
