Rishi is a senior associate in our Corporate & Commercial team. He advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters which arise during the lifecycle of a business. He is recognised by the independent legal directory Chambers & Partners as an "Associate to watch".

About Rishi

Rishi’s experience includes:

  • acting on company and business acquisitions and disposals
  • drafting and advising on shareholders agreement, LLP and partnership agreements
  • advising on company formations, re-organisations and share buybacks
  • assisting with general commercial contracts and terms of business
  • advising in financially distressed situations or where there has been a breakdown in the relationship between business owners.

Rishi joined Royds Withy King in November 2013 and is based in the firm’s Swindon office.
