Accidents happen and we are often ill equipped to deal with the consequences, challenges and life-changing injuries that can follow. As a claimant lawyer, my role is to step in and alleviate these pressures from clients, from explaining and guiding the client through the litigation process, arranging specialist treatment and support and recovering compensation on their behalf. The goal of a personal injury claim is to try to put the victim back in the position they were before the accident. While in reality this may not always be possible, helping to put clients' lives back on track, overcome the challenges they face and secure their independence is incredibly rewarding.
