Natasha is a Senior Associate in our Real Estate team in Oxford.

Natasha qualified and worked in the commercial property team for a firm in Bristol following a successful career in marketing with two blue chip companies. She then practised in the Middle East for several years dealing with high value commercial property transactions in a challenging legal environment, working for developers and landowners alike.

After moving back to the UK, Natasha joined Hedges Law in Oxfordshire and was a senior member of the commercial property team. There she specialised in complex development work advising developers and landowners as well as acting for landlord and tenants, supporting a range of local clients by providing very practical and commercially focused advice.

Natasha also specialises in supporting clients with large buy-to-let portfolios and clients who own industrial estates and her strong attention to detail and ability to plan, prioritise, deliver and evaluate ensures that their varied and extensive legal needs are met.

Natasha has particular experience in:

  • landlord and tenant work in a variety of sectors;
  • acting for industrial estate and unit owners;
  • acting for clients with large buy-to-let portfolios;
  • complex development work (including drafting and negotiating option agreements, promotion agreements, overage deeds and conditional contracts);
  • acting for Residents’ Associations in granting long leases to flat owners.

Outside of work, Natasha enjoys cycling and playing the piano.

I can safely say I like a challenge and I don’t let anything beat me; as one client recently said, ‘nothing seems to faze you’. I enjoy working closely with clients from straightforward to the more complex matters, mapping out the transaction to ensure it runs smoothly.
