Natalie joined Royds Withy King in 2014 and has since gained work experience in our Corporate & Commercial, Technology & Media and Employment teams.



About Natalie

Prior to joining Royds Withy King, Natalie spent three years working for Nationwide Building Society in Swindon as a Legal Services Advisor and Paralegal. Her recent experience includes:

  • negotiating and drafting commercial contracts and distribution agreements
  • drafting standard terms of business
  • advising on corporate transactions including share buybacks, share restructurings and general company administration matters; and
  • assisting on corporate finance transactions.

  • Between September 2015 – September 2016, Natalie was a member of the Bath Young Professionals committee

I enjoy working in the Corporate & Commercial team as no two pieces of work are ever the same. Each day something different crops up, it’s very interesting and keeps me on my toes.
