Lisa-Marie is a chartered legal executive within our Residential Property, Farms and Estates team and is based in the Marlborough office.



About Lisa-Marie

Lisa-Marie joined the Residential Property, Farms and Estates team in March 2017. Having worked in conveyancing since 2000, Lisa-Marie has progressed from a legal secretary through to becoming a chartered legal executive, qualifying in 2012.  Lisa-Marie is excited to be returning to conveyancing after spending the last 5 years working in Private Client dealing with wills, lasting powers of attorney and all aspects of deceased estate planning and administration, including post death conveyancing matters.

Practise areas

Lisa-Marie works across a range of areas including:

  • dealing with complex registered and unregistered titles
  • first registration of title at the Land Registry with no or very little evidence of title deeds.
  • all aspect of home sales and purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages
  • declaration of trusts
  • dealing with beneficial interests in post death conveyancing matters

Memberships

Lisa-Marie is a registered as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and Associate Member of the Solicitors for the Elderly.

Interests

Outside of work Lisa-Marie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading and going to the cinema.

Having a strong conveyancing and private client background, this together with extensive knowledge of the local area enables me to keep the conveyancing process as pain free and simple as possible for my clients. I enjoy conveyancing because it is full of variety and every transaction is different providing me with an interesting and dynamic job every day
