Kim is an experienced Solicitor in the Family team in our Swindon office. She joined Royds Withy King in 2018 and specialises in Child Law.
Kim joined Royds Withy King from law firm Jeary & Lewis. After qualifying in 2009, Kim gained experience in Crime and has been working in Family Law since 2013.
Kim is able to assist in cases involving children including; representing parents during the pre proceedings process, representing parents and children in care proceedings before the court and representing parents in various private law applications including child arrangement orders and prohibited steps orders. Kim has experience in a wide range of cases including cases involving allegations of serious harm and sexual allegations.
Kim is a member of the Law Society Children’s panel.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys music, fitness and spending time with her family.
The law has always interested me and I am committed to guiding and supporting families through the family legal system which will inevitably be a very difficult time. I am sympathetic and patient but robust when needed in order to provide the best chances of success.
