Kerrin has over twelve years’ experience working in the legal industry. She started out in the personal injury team of a small local firm and went onto Lemon & Co Solicitors Family team, now part of Royds Withy King.

About Kerrin

Kerrin assists the Family team particularly with care proceedings. The team are well experienced in dealing with unusual cases involving complex points of law and Kerrin has worked on cases that have reached the High Court and Court of Appeal.

She attends PLO meetings on behalf of parents when necessary, meet clients to progress their cases and drafts court documents such as witness statements and case summaries.

Kerrin is Associate member of Cilex and is in the process of completing level 6 of her qualifications.

Clients visit us at a very distressing and stressful time in their lives. It’s really important that we provide them with the specialist advice and assistance to minimise the stress and uncertainty involved when a child is taken into care. I make sure I keep our clients fully informed of the process in an easily understandable way. It is very rewarding knowing I have been part of a team that has helped a client through a very difficult time.
