  • advising on commercial contracts and business terms and conditions.

Jenni joined in January 2016 and is based in our Oxford office.

It is very rewarding to be involved in a whole range of different businesses and to assist throughout the life of a company. It is important in this area of law that we are able to provide sound legal advice, while keeping sight of commercial factors which could affect the particular business/company we are acting for.
