Hannah is a Solicitor in our Private Client team. She joined Royds Withy King in 2014 and specializes in Wills, estate planning and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

About Hannah

Hannah advises clients on a wide range of areas, including:

  • Will drafting
  • Applications for probate, including both Grant of Probate and Letters of Administration
  • Dealing with estates where a person dies without a Will (Intestacy)
  • Claiming inheritance tax reliefs
  • Varying the distribution of an estate (Deeds of Variation)
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney

The best thing about my role is being able to provide peace of mind to clients. Whether planning for the future or dealing with a bereavement, it gives me great satisfaction to support clients through what can often seem a like daunting process.
