The Legal 500 - The Clients Guide to Law Firms

Over the years I’ve found that the only way you can really get to grips with the issues facing clients is by investing time early on in the relationship. It’s the best way to understand their commercial priorities – what keeps them awake at night? How can we provide straightforward legal advice if we don’t do that? That’s what I want the team to aim for every time. We will only add value to our clients if we cut through legal complexities and give clear direction – in their language.
