About Giles

Giles is an Associate in the London Real Estate team. He advises clients on a wide range of property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, developments, and landlord and tenant matters.

Giles joined the Real Estate team at RWK Goodman in 2021 having trained and qualified in the City. He has several years’ experience in private practice and has also worked client-side at one of Europe’s largest housing associations.

Giles represents a variety of clients including investment companies, retailers, landowners and developers. He acts on both sides of commercial property transactions and has a particular interest in green infrastructure and sustainability. In 2020, Giles delivered a seminar to the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors on the evolution of energy efficiency standards for buildings in England and Wales.
