About Eleanor:

Eleanor is an Associate in our Residential Property, Farms and Estates team and is based in the Marlborough office. Eleanor specialises in all aspects of property transactions including:-

  • New Build Purchases
  • Sales and Purchases of Freehold and Leasehold Properties
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfer of Equity
  • Plot Sales
  • Help to Buy ISA and Lifetime ISA

Eleanor is proactive when dealing with property transactions and explains the legal process to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Eleanor graduated from the University of the West of England in 2012 with a First Class Degree in Law LLB (Hons) and went on to graduate from the Legal Practice Course in 2013. After joining the firm in 2015 as a Conveyancing Assistant, Eleanor completed her legal training in 2020 to become a Chartered Legal Executive (Fellow) and dual qualified in 2023 as a Licenced Conveyancer.

I completed the purchase of an investment flat, with the assistance of Eleanor Baker.
