- acting for a multinational company in relation to a large scale reorganisation, working alongside senior management to project plan and deliver the changes required. This included running multi-office consultation, as well as advising on redundancies and transfers of business undertakings both within the UK and internationally.
- acting for a company defending a substantial claim brought by a senior executive erroneously alleging whistleblowing and discrimination issues.
- representing a high profile sports team in defending a multi-million pound claim arising from a purported breach of contractual obligations.
