About Daniel

Daniel is an Associate in our Real Estate team, working mainly in the Health and Social Care sector.

Daniel joined the Real Estate team in 2019. He specialises in most areas of commercial property and also advises corporate clients on the real estate elements of their share and asset purchases, including dealing with bank funding requirements.

Daniel acts on behalf of various health and social care operators, pharmacies, dental practices and GPs.

Daniel's experience includes:

  • Dealing with freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Providing real estate support on share and asset purchases and sales relating to care homes, medical suppliers, technology companies and transport companies
  • Acting for banks in property refinancing projects
  • Advising healthcare clients on the grant and renewal of leases and other general estate management matters.
