Caroline supports the Family team, principally in the resolution of financial issues after marriage or civil partnership breakdown.
Caroline’s background is professional services, having worked in accountancy practices Edmunds Gibbs (now Shaw Gibbs) and Critchleys. She joined the litigation team of then Marshall & Galpin in 2004 as a legal secretary, gaining a wealth of experience in clinical negligence, personal injury, employment, family, care work, licensing and general litigation cases.
Caroline has been with Royds Withy King since its merger with Marshall & Galpin, working in the Family team since 2009 and as a paralegal since 2017.
Clients look to us during one of the most stressful and challenging life events. The team work closely together with a view to resolving matters as swiftly and unequivocally as possible.
