About Bharti

Bharti joined our Corporate & Commercial team in autumn 2017 from IBB Solicitors, bringing with her a broad range of experience in corporate finance work, acquisitions and disposals, banking (specifically secured lending), corporate restructuring , joint ventures and general commercial contracts.

Bharti’s clients include both businesses and business owners, from international companies to small and medium-sized enterprises and banks.

Work highlights

Bharti’s work highlights include:

  • advising the shareholders of a company in the recruitment industry on their initial disposal of 70% of the issued share capital to a listed company
  • advising the buyer in a pre-pack administration in the retail recruitment industry
  • reviewing and advising a property developer on a £15m revolving credit facility
  • advising the shareholders of a company in connection with a demerger and a management buy-out.
