About Bharat

Bharat trained with Royds before qualifying into the firm’s highly regarded real estate team acting for small, medium and blue-chip companies as well as private individuals and charities.

Bharat has a broad mix of clients, allowing him to gain considerable experience in dealing with a variety of complex property issues. A large part of Bharat’s work is acting for well known High Street names in the retail sector where Bharat has accumulated a wealth of highly sought after expertise.

Bharat is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Association (CRELA) and the Law Society.

In his spare time Bharat enjoys playing sports and travelling.
