Bharat is a real estate partner and head of our Retail sector team. He is also the Royds Withy King Head of Diversity and is based in our London office.



About Bharat

Bharat trained with Royds before qualifying into the firm’s highly regarded real estate team acting for small, medium and blue-chip companies as well as private individuals and charities.

Bharat has a broad mix of clients, allowing him to gain considerable experience in dealing with a variety of complex property issues. A large part of Bharat’s work is acting for well known high street names in the retail sector where Bharat has accumulated a wealth of highly sought after expertise.

Memberships

Bharat is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Association (CRELA) and the Law Society.

In his spare time Bharat enjoys playing sports and travelling.

Head of ED&I

Royds Withy King is strongly committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusivity (ED&I) in our business. Bharat Nahar has been appointed as board member to lead this agenda and last year started a new ED&I steering group as part of our drive to improve equality. We now have a committee of colleagues from across the firm with a shared passion for shaping our ED&I journey.
