Mock Employment Tribunal - Swindon, Wednesday 27 September 2017
Have you ever wondered what happens in an Employment Tribunal hearing, the process that is followed or the factors the Judge takes into account when making a decision?
Our Employment & HR team is delighted to invite you to the Mock Tribunal which will provide you with a real insight into how a claim is dealt with, the evidence that is put forward and the common mistakes that can make the difference between winning and losing. This event comes following the recent Supreme Court decision to remove Employment Tribunal fees, making Tribunals free and more readily accessible to potential Claimants.
It will be an interactive session with plenty of opportunity for you to ask questions and even have a go at some cross examination if you wish to. It will provide you with tips on:
- defending any claims your business may face
- how evidence is dealt with at a hearing, and
- how to handle internal processes and decision making, so as to increase your chances of a successful outcome in Tribunal.
The free event will be presented by the our Employment & HR team together with specialist employment barristers from 3PB and will feature a real Employment Judge.
Who should attend?
- HR Practitioners
- business owners and senior management
- individuals with any people management responsibility (including individuals involved in disciplinary and grievance matters).
