London law firm welcomes new partner to the Corporate team

London-based solicitors Royds have appointed a new partner to its Corporate and Commercial department, as they continue to strengthen their commercial services in the City.

Tony Roberts has joined the firm’s highly respected team, bringing with him extensive experience in many aspects of mainstream corporate law, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

He will be working closely with the practice’s existing corporate and commercial partners, Claus Andersen and John North, to deliver a wide range of services to the firm’s broad UK and International client base.

Tony has more than a decade of experience within London law firms and has been involved in a number of high-profile cases, including the purchase of Jaguar Land Rover by TATA.
