Law firm further strengthens its litigation team

Royds has welcomed two new members to its Dispute Resolution team.

Jacinta Conway, who specialises in property litigation, has become the firm’s latest partner, while Tessa Saunders has been appointed as a solicitor.

Jacinta, who trained with a London-based law firm, advises on a range of commercial matters but more recently has specialised in landlord and tenant disputes.

Her areas of expertise include business lease renewals, dilapidation disputes, possession actions, boundary disputes, breach of covenant, services charges, proprietary estoppel, disrepair and joint venture disputes.

Tessa trained in Surrey and specialises in resolving property and commercial disputes.
