WITNESS APPEAL: DID YOU WORK FOR THOMAS BATES & SON LTD BETWEEN 1966 AND 1970?

Our specialist asbestos claims team has been instructed by the family of the late Frederick Ward who has sadly developed and died from mesothelioma.

Freddie used to be part of a football team and is the fourth from the left on the front row of the picture shown.

We are investigating how Freddie may have come into contact with asbestos and are interested in speaking with anyone who worked for Thomas Bates & Son Ltd between 1966 and 1970, during which time Freddie worked for Thomas Bates & Son Ltd as an apprentice carpenter.

Freddie’s family are therefore appealing to anyone who worked for Thomas Bates & Son Ltd during this time to come forward to tell us what they remember about the work Freddie did for the company, and/or the work carried out by Thomas Bates & Son Ltd more generally.
