WITNESS APPEAL: DID YOU WORK AT CLARENCE DOCK POWER STATION FOR THE CENTRAL ELECTRICITY GENERATING BOARD (THE CEGB) BETWEEN 1973 AND 1980?

Our specialist asbestos claims team has been instructed by the family of the late Samuel Alderson who has sadly developed and died from asbestos related cancer.

We are investigating how Samuel Alderson may have come into contact with asbestos and are interested in speaking with anyone who worked at the Clarence Dock Power Station for The CEGB between 1973 and 1980, during which time Samuel Alderson worked there. We are also interested in anyone that was a boiler operator for the CEGB.

Mr Alderson’s family are therefore appealing to anyone who worked at Clarence Dock Power Station during this time to come forward to tell us what they remember about the work Mr Alderson did at the Power Station, and/or the work carried out by boiler operators at The CEGB more generally.
