WITNESS APPEAL: DID YOU WORK AT CAV LIMITED OR MORGANITE CARBON LIMITED IN LONDON IN 1960s/70s?

Our specialist asbestos claims team has been instructed by the family of the late Alec Rothwell who sadly developed and died from mesothelioma, an asbestos related cancer.

We are investigating how Mr Rothwell may have come into contact with asbestos and are interested in speaking with anyone who worked at CAV Limited (part of the Lucas Group) between 1961/62 – 1963/64, or at Morganite Carbon Limited (a subsidiary of Morgan Crucibles Company) between 1963/64 – 1971/72.

Mr Rolfe’s family are therefore appealing to anyone who worked at CAV Limited, or at Morganite Carbon Limited in London during the relevant times to come forward to tell us what they remember about the work Alec Rothwell, or the companies in general, may have been doing.
