Webinar: Employing European staff – the new rules in place from July

Following Brexit, transitional arrangements were put in place allowing European Nationals to continue living and working in the UK. However, these arrangements come to an end on 30 June 2021. Individuals who have not applied under the settled status scheme by the deadline will lose the right to do so and employers will need to be aware of the rules relating to recruitment and ongoing employment under the new immigration system.

During this webinar, members of our Business Immigration team will discuss:

• what employers need to do in relation to right to work checks from July;
• what, if anything, employers need to do in relation to existing European staff;
• recruiting using the skilled worker route including what it means to be a sponsor.

The session will be interactive and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and share thoughts with the team and other employers.
