Reports published over the weekend have suggested that the Serious Fraud Office are investigation the firm in relation to alleged corruption; with the government’s chief legal adviser providing the green light for the Serious Fraud Office to prosecute the business and any individuals involved, in relation to alleged overseas bribery.

According to reports the Serious Fraud Office have recently invited the company for discussions, which could pre-empt any decision to file charges; whilst it has also been suggested that several individuals associated with the business, have received letters which have informed them that they are under investigation.
