Serious Fraud Office Investigating Nuclear Turbine Business

Reports published over the weekend have suggested that the Serious Fraud Office are investigation the firm in relation to alleged corruption; with the government’s chief legal adviser providing the green light for the Serious Fraud Office to prosecute the business and any individuals involved, in relation to alleged overseas bribery.

According to reports the Serious Fraud Office have recently invited the company for discussions, which could pre-empt any decision to file charges; whilst it has also been suggested that several individuals associated with the business, have received letters which have informed them that they are under investigation.

Despite the reports over the weekend, the Serious Fraud Office has so-far refused to comment on the case; however for any business or individual, who finds themselves facing allegations relating to bribery offences or fraud, our corporate and commercial solicitors will be able to assist.
