Royds welcomes new litigation Partner

Jacinta Conway joined the law firm’s Dispute Resolution team earlier this month, bringing with her a wealth of experience in property litigation.

She is an experienced commercial litigator but more recently has specialised in property litigation, both commercial and residential.

Jacinta advises on all aspects of landlord and tenant disputes, including business lease renewals, dilapidations disputes, possession actions and forfeiture, boundary disputes as well as in relation to claims relating to breach of covenant, services charges, proprietary estoppel, nuisance and disrepair. She also has advised in relation to failed joint venture disputes.

Stewart Wilkinson, Royds’ Managing Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution, said: “We are delighted to welcome Jacinta to Royds. She will be an excellent addition to a team which has already built a first-rate reputation helping clients with a wide range of property disputes.”

Jacinta studied Government & Law at the University of Ulster and later achieved a Doctorate of Philosophy. She trained at London-based law firm Bircham Dyson Bell LLP, qualifying in 2002 and being promoted to Senior Associate in 2011.

Our team of lawyers is experienced in dealing with all aspects of property litigation. For more information on how Royds can assist in these disputes, please contact Chris Rodda or Jacinta Conway or visit.
