Record numbers turn out for Withy King’s annual ‘Meet the Team’
Over 200 people attended Withy King’s annual Meet the Team event in Bath early in the New Year to meet friends and new contacts over champagne and canapés while listening to the mellow tones of professional jazz and lounge singer, Katie Francesca.
Graham Street, managing partner at Withy King, thanked the assembled guests for their continued support. He also provided a brief overview of the firm’s recent achievements, including the news that Withy King has been named as one of The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Mid-Sized Companies to Work For in 2015 and awarded the Best Companies Two Star ‘Outstanding’ Accreditation, for the second year running.
Caroline Duckworth, Chief Executive at Quartet Community Foundation, which has close links with Withy King, talked about the Foundation’s work in setting up charitable funds on behalf of individuals and businesses and matching them with relevant and worthwhile beneficiaries, many of which are little known and have very few resources.
Withy King is Bath’s largest law firm employing 172 people at its offices in Northumberland Buildings, Queen Square, and Midland Bridge House. Its annual Meet the Team event is the firm’s way of saying thank you to its loyal clients and contacts.
