Mock Employment Tribunal
Have you ever wondered what happens in an Employment Tribunal hearing, the process that is followed or the factors the Judge takes into account when making a decision?
Our Mock Tribunal will provide you with a real insight into how a claim is dealt with, the evidence that is put forward and the common mistakes that can make the difference between winning and losing.
It will be an interactive session with plenty of opportunity for you to ask questions and even have a go at some cross examination if you wish to.
The event will not only provide you with tips on preparing your case and giving evidence but also on how to handle internal processes and decision making to increase your chances of a successful outcome in Tribunal.
The event will be presented by the Royds Withy King Employment team together with specialist Employment barristers from 3PB.
