Fundraising initiative boosted by new charity structure

The new charity had to have an independent identity, as well as be linked to its parent charity.

It also had to comply with special regulations to obtain funding from the Landfill Tax Credit Scheme.

We set up the new charity with a bespoke constitution and registered it with the Charity Commission. One of our partners acts as Chairman for the charity.

The fundraising is now successfully underway and the new charity is well on its way to achieving its objectives.
