Family law specialist Jayne Martins joins RWK Goodman

Jayne has been appointed as Partner and will focus on the practice areas of financial remedies, cohabitation disputes and private law involving children.

She has a specialism in financial matters on family breakdowns and pre-nuptial agreements.

Jayne is an accredited mediator and the Chair of Bath Resolution, which works with families and individuals to resolve issues in a constructive way. She is particularly keen to work with clients who are wanting to reduce conflict, while she has extensive knowledge in assisting high net worth clients with their financial matters following a family separation.

Jayne said: “RWK Goodman is a hugely respected firm and brand, and I am excited to be a part of it.

“I have worked alongside members of the Family team for a number of years in my role with Resolution and also as the other side on cases and I am really looking forward to working with such an experienced and knowledgeable team.

“I understand how hard family separation can be, particularly where there are children, and I am keen to look after clients’ interests and meticulous in doing so. I am committed to dealing with matters constructively and with the use of alternative dispute resolution methods where appropriate.”
