Double celebration for RWK Goodman as awards shortlist is revealed
The merger which created UK Top 100 law firm RWK Goodman, together with the sale of the firm’s client Higos Holdings Limited to Global Risk Partners (GRP), are among the deals to have been shortlisted for a prestigious regional business award.
The merger between regional law firm Withy King and city of London practice Royds has been shortlisted for Insider Media’s Financial and Professional Services Deal of the Year alongside the sale of insurance services provider Higos to GRP - a deal which was led by RWK Goodman’s corporate and commercial team.
