WITNESS APPEAL: Did you work for The Steelworks, Port Talbot?

Our specialist asbestos claims team has been instructed by the family of a local man who sadly developed and died from mesothelioma.

We are investigating how he may have come into contact with asbestos and are interested in speaking with anyone who worked at the Steelworks in Port Talbot between 1976 and 1983.  The gentleman often worked in the coke ovens section and throughout the Steel Works during shutdown.

We are therefore appealing to anyone who worked at the Steelworks during this time to come forward and tell us what they remember about the use of asbestos at the Steelworks.
