Compensation awarded to our client following negligent failings in works to Council car park

The fall not only spoilt our client’s holiday, but resulted in her requiring repeated re-dressing of a deep wound to her knee, and analgesia for aggravation of previous shoulder and knee symptoms.

Liability was denied, but following the issuing of proceedings, the contractors agreed to pay £6,250 to compensate our client.
