Buses, wheelchair users and reasonable adjustments

In view of the particular public interest in this case, the Supreme Court has granted leave to appeal against the Court of Appeal’s decision as to whether the service provider had made reasonable adjustments to avoid disadvantaging wheelchair users.

The Update will comment further on this once the appeal has taken place. No doubt it will be in the news, however…
